For the first time in a long time, rates are rising, and as a result, compliance mistakes can become very costly. In addition, all of the regulatory agencies are focusing on the potential for consumer harm and looking at deposit regulations compliance from this very different perspective. It is time to revisit the deposit compliance regulations and ensure you aren’t caught unprepared by the evolving risk environment.
