As of September 9, 2022, Lakeside Bank is looking for an experienced Deposit Operations person, who can assist in servicing our customer accounts by handling a variety of operational duties, such as: processing debit card disputes, debit card fraud notifications and lost/stolen alerts; daily ACH processing; prepare reports for the ACH Committee and assist with preparing Annual ACH Reviews; manage overdrafts; process incoming return items (chargebacks) to include redepositing or charging back the item to customers account; Mobile Deposit review; process exceptions items to include Non-post and Stop Pays; and monitor closed accounts to determine if proper procedures. The Fair and Responsible Banking (FRB) Advisor is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining various elements of the Alliant Credit Union’s (Alliant) FRB Program. The incumbent will maintain and demonstrate current knowledge of applicable state and federal consumer protection laws and regulations which include, but are not limited to; ECOA, HMDA, Illinois CRA, ADA, MLA, FCRA, FDCPA, FHA, SCRA, and the portions of Dodd-Frank as it relates to fair lending and UDAAP. As of March 10, 2022, Inland Bank and Trust is looking for an AVP Compliance Officer. The primary responsibility of the AVP Compliance Officer is to perform compliance reviews and compliance support to all the bank departments, minimizing the potential for compliance issues.
