As of January 22, 2025, Byline Bank has an opening for a Sr. Compliance Officer. The Sr. Compliance Officer is responsible for the testing, monitoring and complaints. This role functions as an independent and objective expert that reviews and evaluates compliance issues/concerns within the organization. The position ensures the Board of Directors, management and employees are in compliance with federal, state, and local law and regulations, and that company policies and procedures are being followed. As of November 13, 2024, Wintrust has an opening for a Compliance Officer - Fair & Responsible Banking. The Compliance Officer – Fair and Responsible Banking is responsible for assisting the VP, Fair and Responsible Banking with the implementation and ongoing administration of the Bank’s Fair & Responsible Banking program, including both fair lending and UDAAP oversight. The position will focus on fair banking testing (fair lending and UDAAP), including but not limited to: comparative file reviews, policy and procedure reviews, and analysis of first line monitoring results.
