HMDA presentation highlights
Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) compliance is still critical to the evaluation of an institution’s lending practices. Against the backdrop of regulatory and technological changes, institutions must balance the way they address the requirements with both evolving technological means as well as regulatory focus. This session will cover:

  • An overview of applicable legal and regulatory requirements and expectations
  • The elements of an effective compliance program, including “table-stakes” elements, as well as leading practices in automation and innovation
  • Reporting challenges, recommendations and key compliance considerations
  • Recent developments in the regulatory landscape

UDAAP presentation highlights
An overview guide to how to maintain compliance with Unfair, Deceptive, or Abusive Acts or Practices (UDAAP) standards. The session will cover what products apply to UDAAP, what common industry issues are, and how an institution can integrate UDAAP compliance into their institution’s compliance framework. We will consider examples of UDAAP findings and identify root causes in the compliance management system that contributed to them.
