Illinois CRA Updates
This session will provide a comprehensive overview of key topics related to the Illinois Community Reinvestment Act (IL CRA). Topics will include recent and upcoming reviews, collaboration with federal counterparts, an overview of the Illinois CRA website, and the format of IL CRA evaluations (public and confidential sections). The session will also address the public release process of CRA Performance Evaluations, requirements for IL CRA notices at main and branch offices, and the process for handling complaints submitted to IDFPR.

Pillars of an Effective Fair Lending CMS
