As of September 26, 2019, Old Second National Bank has several openings in both BSA and Fraud. All positions are located at our Downtown Aurora location.

- BSA Specialist: The right candidate will have at least a year of bank experience in BSA/AML including completing/reviewing CTRs, SARs, and FinCEN 314(a) searches. Experience dispositioning alerts in an automated transaction monitoring system is also key. And a general banking knowledge across multiple lines of business is important.

- Fraud Risk Manager: Responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining the Bank’s fraud risk management program, framework, policy, standards and methodology, updating on a periodic basis in line with the changing threat environment and risk profile so that aggregate fraud risks within the bank are effectively identified, measured, monitored and controlled consistent with the bank’s risk appetite.

- Fraud Team Lead: This position is responsible supervising Fraud department staff and leading the Bank’s Fraud/Loss Prevention program. Duties include fraud detection and prevention monitoring, fraud case management and investigations while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

As of August 28, 2019, TCA is seeking qualified individuals to join our Chicago-based and east coast team of Compliance Professionals. There are opportunities for both an experienced Compliance Consultant and and experienced CRA/Fair Lending Compliance Consultant. The Compliance Consultant candidate should have regulatory compliance expertise, including lending, fair lending, deposits, CRA and/or Bank Secrecy Act compliance experience. The CRA/Fair Lending Consultant should also have regulatory compliance expertise with with an emphasis in CRA and fair lending.
