The position ensures the Board of Directors, management and employees are in compliance with federal, state, and local law and regulations, and that company policies and procedures are being followed.

As of December 3, 2019, Republic Bank of Chicago is seeking two experienced compliance professionals to join their team as BSA AML Analyst and Compliance Analyst.
- The BSA AML Analyst is responsible for monitoring the day-to-day Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, and Office of Foreign Assets Control by conducting high risk customer reviews and monitoring high risk accounts for both our Retail Banking and Sponsored Products divisions. He or she should have at least 2 years of banking experience and knowledge in BSA/AML investigations, Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD).
- The Compliance Analyst is responsible for implementing an effective compliance program through staying up to date on current and changing government regulations, performing ongoing compliance reviews and testing, reviewing marketing materials and other external communications, completing compliance risk assessments with all business lines, and evaluating complaint causes to identify insufficiencies of policies and procedures. He or she should have a Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 5 years of compliance audit and/or operations experience within a financial institution. Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations including CRA, Fair Lending, and UDAAP regulations and CRCM certification are preferred.
